Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

• Payment was successfully completed but the order could not be fulfilled.
• The order was cancelled before processing.
• An incorrect amount was charged due to a technical or payment issue.
• A refund is approved by Dheemahi after reviewing the request.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. The time taken for the refund to reflect may depend on the payment gateway and the customer's bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact Dheemahi as soon as possible.

• Photographs of the package
• Photographs of the product received
• Details of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return of Used or Opened Products

Due to the nature of pooja and spiritual-use products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return or refund.
